Descrizione
A very oil-loving emulsifier that can help oil and water to mix, especially if it is mixed with a water-loving emulsifier.
Chemically speaking, it is related to Sorbitan Oleate, but instead of attaching one Oleic Acid to the sorbitan molecule, three Oleic Acids are attached making the whole molecule even more oil-loving (oleic part) and less water-loving (sorbitan part).
